See the Village House in Ghana which is more expensive than Asamoah Gyan’s Basilica

After many years of serving Ghanaians and the world with his numerous brands, Ghana’s wealthy billionaire has decided to spend his retirement in the village where he was born and brought up.

This is the story of Dr Kwabena Adjei the president and founder of Ghana’s Most successful brand, Kasapreko who was born in the heart of Bronyiama, a forest area in the Western Region.

In an interview with Ghana’s biggest YouTuber, Wode Maya, Dr Kwabena Adjei revealed he will be spending his retirement in his multi-million village house.

Complete with a cottage, well-manicured garden and ample parking, the nearly 9,600-square-foot home is located in the heart of the Bronyiama.

The mansion sits in a cosy forest with views of the Bronyiama hills. A circular drive court and a front veranda lead to the giant automated electronic gates of the house, which spans 4,383 square feet of living space to accommodate a large number of family members.

The home also has a timber-line gallery, a living room, a great room, a family room, an office, a library, a game room and a fitness centre with state-of-the-art facilities, among other amenities. Throughout, it features mountain and valley views, built-ins and high-end finishes, as seen in the interview.

Outdoors, there are walkways, gardens, covered patios, decks, a resort-style infinity swimming pool, and a gaming forest.

The property was where he used to live with his parents back in the 20th-century. The family home which used to be on site was demolished and reconstructed into a castle.

The village house also has beautiful landscaping. The open floor plan has doors to the courtyard, creating an indoor-outdoor space for the family during a holiday visit.

There is also a guest cottage which includes more modern amenities as well, including a wine cellar, gym and in-ground backyard swimming pool

Other amenities include hardwood flooring, an underground basement and cooling system throughout, polished plaster ceilings and walls, a solar system and a host of sustainability and smart-home features, including a remote-controlled door entry system with biometric fingerprint access, among others.

Based on the information gathered by our team of Valuers and having carefully analyzed all the relevant factors influencing values, we are of the opinion that the market value for a property with the above-mentioned amenities is going for $4.5 Million.

Dr Kwabena Adjei is a seasoned entrepreneur in Ghana who is the proud owner of numerous businesses including Kasapreko, Awake mineral water, and the Signature building. His company, Kasapreko, is Ghana’s number one local beverage company that exports its products to other parts of the world.
